(3) grant all other users who may access and use your UGC on our Services the right to use, copy, modify, display, perform, create derivative works of, and otherwise disseminate and distribute your UGC on our Services without further notice, attribution, or compensation to you;
(4) waive, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any moral rights, publicity rights, and privacy rights you may have in such UGC; and
(5) agree that you are solely responsible for the UGC you contribute. You may not upload UGC that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates the law, these Terms, or third-party privacy or publicity rights. We may remove, edit, or disable UGC at our sole discretion. We assume no responsibility or liability for UGC and have no responsibility or liability for removing UGC or other content. We may (but have no obligation to) pre-screen UGC before displaying it on our Services. We do not endorse any UGC available on our Services.
Our Services may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and services. We do not control these websites and services and are not responsible for their content or their collection, use, or disclosure of your personal information.
Disrupt, interfere or otherwise adversely affect the normal flow of the Service, or otherwise negatively impact other users’ experience when using the Service or playing our games; disrupt, overload, assist or facilitate the disruption or overloading of any computer or server used to provide or support the Service or any of our gaming environments; initiate, assist or participate in any attack of any kind, including, but not limited to, transmitting a virus, denial-of-service attacks on the Service, or otherwise attempting to disrupt the Service or any other person’s use or enjoyment of the Service; post any abusive, threatening, obscene, libellous, defamatory, or racially, sexually, religiously or otherwise objectionable or offensive information, or engage in persistent toxic behavior, such as repeatedly posting messages on an unsolicited basis; post any information containing nudity, excessive violence or offensive subject matter, or information containing links to such content; use the Service in any manner that violates any export control, anti-money laundering rules, economic sanctions or similar laws or regulations (including, but not limited to, those enforced by the United States or the European Union).
